Highway 1 is right outside the window. When you are not in a hurry, you can sit by the window and watch the cars coming and going outside. It feels very relaxing. It is a 20-minute drive from the glacier lagoon. If you have a trip to the glacier lagoon the next day, staying here is a good choice. There are two bathing areas, which are not big but very comfortable.

The hotel is in a good location, with an open and quiet environment. The hotel facilities are good, especially the restaurant, where we had dinner. The room was clean and the bedding was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and well-stocked. I would especially like to mention that the service at the front desk was very good, the various introductions were very warm and practical, and the hotel called us to watch the northern lights at midnight.
